Sitting alongside our hotel bars we operate a Sports bar, a Leisure Café bar and on-site Conference ! and Banqueting facilities.
When our guests visit any of the resorts beverage outlets, you will make certain that the experience is always relaxing and enjoyable. That means inspiring your team to deliver prompt, friendly and efficient service at all times.
This is an exciting role for a capable leader and communicator whose standards are as high as ours. It will be your responsibility to ensure your team members are mentored and supported to deliver prompt, friendly and efficient service at all times.. A customer facing role means being on show - so smart appearance is also important. At Macdonald Hotels, our people are the key to the Company’s success and our guest’s satisfaction. As well as being confident and approachable, commitment, enthusiasm and energy are essential which will enable you to interact effectively with guests, trades people and interpret and act on their needs whilst helping to lead your team. Your responsibilities will also includ! e managing stock levels across all bars and liquor ordering so! a flair for figures is key to your success in this role. In addition knowledge of Micros till systems, managing price points, promoting sales and a broad knowledge of liquor and wines is also essential.
The successful candidate should already have UK industry experience working at supervisor level in a busy, high quality outlet and be used to ensuring standards and procedures are met in all areas as it will be your responsibility to ensure that all Macdonald core standards are met.
