We are looking for highly skilled supply chain professionals to work at a strategic level with our delivery partners in the delivery of national and local contracts, ensuring that partne! rs exceed their agreed key performance indicators in performance, quality and compliance. You will create, lead and maintain strategic delivery plans, continually reviewing the performance of all subcontractors within your region against these plans, providing MI data and leading review meetings with delivery partners in accordance with our delivery assurance framework. You must be able to interpret contract performance data to ensure partners are performing as agreed and where appropriate, take mitigating actions, including initiating the performance management process. You will build an understanding of your regionâs current and future needs and priorities, and use such understanding to inform and influence the development of an effective network of partners to deliver all Shaw Trust services.

36.5 hours per week over 5 days

In order to be successful, you will need to demonstrate significant experience of a senior management/leadership role within a managed service delivery organisation. Youâll have experience of supply chain management and the development of sustainable partnering relationships, performance and relationship management experience obtained within a services environment and experience of influencing and managing in a complex change environment. You will have a proven track record of making presentations to stakeholders with success in delivering messages effectively and be able to demonstrate a strong track record in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
