As a Sales Advisor, you'll make sure every single customer you talk to feels like they're our number one priority and at the heart of everything we do. So, w! hen customers call us to get more value for money from their Sky package, our Sales Advisors help them do just this. Listening to what each customer wants, you'll identify their needs and show exactly how our products and services can best meet them. You'll communicate the value and innovation of the Sky brand against our competitors too.
Fantastic communication skills and the ability to have good conversations with our customers and deliver the very best levels of service are essential. If you can do this, then following an initial 4 weeks award winning training, you'll receive constant coaching and support from your manager and the opportunity to become accredited by the Institute of Customer Service through our industry leading development programme, Aspire
