Basic Salary £16k - £19k + Achievable Bonus

The Role:
Due to our continuing success and expansion, we are seeking to employ a num! ber of experienced and dynamic Supervisors in and around the Aberdeen Area.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for running a clothing department within the store, ensuring shop floor merchandising standards are complied to whilst providing an environment where all staff provide excellent customer service. This is the first stage in developing within the business and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to progress in the future.

The Candidate:
Essential:

• Previous Management experience in:
• High volume retail or
• Fast paced customer focused environment
• Target driven with a strong desire to succeed
• Able to work well under pressure
• Able to communicate with people at all levels
• Self-motivated, motivating to others, with a 'can-do' attitude
• Able and willing to work flexible hours as determined by the needs of the business

• Committed to achieving the highest store standards and cus! tomer service through achieving KPIs
