A world-leading renewables energy company is looking to appoint a high-calibre individual for the role of HSEQ Manager. The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for delivering health and safety strategy on a ! day to day basis and taking ownership of supporting the company's teams across all their geographies, from operational teams to project and design teams, ensuring safety and quality is integral to all activities
The Role:
- Responsibility for all HSEQ liaison both internally and externally
- Establish and implement an appropriate communication strategy to create buy-in from all staff and contractors in relation to Health and Safety standards and requirements
- Establish and communicate HSEQ targets and develop and implement relevant and specific HSE plans, regularly conducting audits to monitor and identify risk areas
- Manage all aspects of risk, and ensure risks are minimized in line with the ALARP principle
- Conduct HAZIDs and maintain safety awareness in the company and with contractors
- Collate, analyse and report on quality performance data and charts against defined metrics
- Experience working in Renewables/Oil & Gas ind! ustry
- CMIOSH or working towards Chartered Membership
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- A strong influencer who is solutions driven
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
