As the Operations Manager, you will handle the followin! g responsibilities:
Oversee operations and ensure the sufficient capacity and capability to meet sales demands
Ensure the quality of deliveries and installations.
Manage all operations within the warehouse including health and safety, security and compliance to all legislation, policies and procedures
Ensure that KPI data on operations is gathered and reported correctly
Ensure that transport schedule of all products are done within the given timescale
Manage a team of Operations Administrator, warehousemen and installers
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
Degree level education or equivalent
Solid track record of people management
Stock and transport management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
