My client is l! ooking for a Sous Chef for their busy 40 cover brasserie working at 2 AA Rosette level in the centre of Aberdeen.
This is a very popular chic venue that caters for up to 80 covers a day using excellent fresh local & seasonal produce. Everything is made fresh daily on the premises with a manageable 4, 4, 4 menu that changes on a monthly basis.
The food ethos is fresh, simple & un-pretentious & mouthwatering letting the ingredients speak for themselves without complicated foams & jellies. The restaurant is best likened to Arbutus or Wild Honey in London. The Sous Chef will assist with all area of management & take the helm in the head chefs absence
As Sous Chef you must have at least 2 years previous experience at senior level within a quality restaurant or AA Rosette or Michelin level.
