As Web Content Scheduler your responsibilies will include:
To manage the schedule of all optimisation and trading website changes while working closely with the larger team ensuring no clashes with projects/large change.

The daily flow of work through the content team using workflow tools (currently fogbugz)

Daily/Weekly release schedules ensuring smooth delivery of all content change.

Being the initial point of contact for the business teams for optimisation and trade content change.

Owning a! nd communicating the content change process and timelines to k! ey stakeholders.

Providing input into strategic planning & prioritisation schedule.

Line managing a small team of content publishers providing people support and direction.

Experience required:
Experience of working within digital team with high traffic in a planning capacity.

Experience of working with HTML within a CMS.

Working with javascipt and CSS .

Experience of traffic management or workflow management preferably within financial services.

Knowledge of applying digital best practises and standards within a large organisation.

Knowledge of responsive design.

Working on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders.

Experience of business analysis tools and techniques.

Project management cycles and new methods such as Agile.

People management experience.
