Location: Lanarkshire Scotland

Description: Capability Scotland is at present recruited Band 6 Nurse (15 hours) - Stanmore Residential/Respite Services right now, this vacancy will be placed in Scotland. and reporting to the Lea! d Service Manager Allied Health, the Band 6
nurse will provide direct clinical care to ensure effective and
holistic nursing care for the young people at Stanmore Residential
and Respite Service. We offer a commitment to supervision,
appraisal and ongoing support with professional development which
is positively encouraged.

This role will involve manual handling and administering rescue
medication. Full training will be provided.

Experience/qualifications/key skills

required:
You will have a degree/diploma in Nursing and are registered
with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will have proven
clinical expertise in working with people with learning and
physical disabilities with associated complex health needs but
preferably working with children and young people. You will be a
good interdisciplinary team worker with a holistic outlook.

You will have experience in supporting people ! with epilepsy and
administering rescue medication, of deli! vering an effective
service, with good organisation and communication skills.

Applicants should note that as travel may be required, a full
driving licence is desirable.
