Location: Ross and Cromarty Scotland

Our Client, a successful cosmetics manufacturer based in Ross-Shire, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Manager or Assistant to join their growing team.!

The successful Regulatory Manager or Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the company adhere to all legislations. Key areas of responsibility include although are not limited to:

• Ensuring adherence to the EU cosmetic legislation
• Ensuring adherence to REACH legislation
• Generation of information for Clients related to cosmetic legislation
• Control of material safety data sheets and technical information related to product

The ideal Regulatory Manager or Assistant will have:

• Experience of working within a regulatory role within a manufacturing setting
• Experience of working within the cosmetics industry and understanding of cosmetic legislation (preferred)
• An understanding of REACH
• DGSA (preferred)
