Brands on offer in the OUTFIT Aberdeen Store include the following market leaders: Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Topman, Topshop, Wallis and Warehouse.
Our Aberdeen Store has an annual turnover of £2.2 million and is 11.680 sqft.
Our Sales & Operations Managers are responsible for:
Taking responsibility for delivering high retail standards across the Store including the all operational aspects, including back of house, stockroom and service areas
Supporting the Sales Manager(s) in delivering excellent visual impact and excitement by ensuring the Brands are merchandised to the highest ! standards
Maximising sales & profit through all the Brands! and driving account performance through the team
Using reports and data to identify opportunities to impact the P&L and acting upon them
Deputising for the Store Manager in their absence
Key skills and behaviours required:
Commercially astute with strong market place knowledge
Confident in own ability
Instinctive and creative, with a flair for visual merchandising
Able to deliver results through a large team
Proactive and inspirational
Organisational with a methodical approach to tasks
Able to build good relationships and network with a wide range of people
Strong communicator
Drives own development
