Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits (s.t.e)

IT Introductions are looking for an experienced Software Solution Service Manager to join a global company based on the out-skirts of Glasgow near the airport to manage the delivery of software solutions to its clients both large and small whilst engaging clients and managing relations also.
It would be a great advantage for this position to have worked as a Developer, Engineer or programmer though this is not essential and have excellent knowledge of Object Oriented practices or have managed teams within a similar capacity and environment.
This role will require some travel and over a twelve month period could equate to 25% which applicants must be aware of prior to processes and willing to do going forward.
This role requires excellent client facing, communication and engagement skills as well as an ability to hold conversation at an in-depth level of a technical nature. You will be quality focused and ensure agreed SLA! s, etc are met and you work closely with others teams taking a! nd providing updates as-and-when.
Further responsibilities include Incident Management, report generation, up-selling of new products or releases, contract management, etc.
Salaries to £50,000 will be considered but is of course subject to experience and suitability. Further benefits include individual and company performance bonus schemes both of which can be very rewarding.
Interview process will likely be two stages, one certainly being face-to-face however where there may be difficulty in attending a face-to-face interview for the first stage, Telephone and Skype interviews can be arranged and where significant costs is incurred for attending an interview, they will cover travels costs also.
