Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables & snacks Simple cooking of f! ood (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables) Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers) Washing up and clearing away equipment Cash handling General kitchen and dining room duties (including washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables) Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment What are we looking for?
