This fant! astic position comes with realistic earnings of £25-30k with a basic between £20-22k in addition to car allowance (£350 per month) and mobile phone.
Working with a talented team of professionals in their Glasgow office your remit will include:
- Meeting landlords to carry out lettings valuations and win new business
- Building strong landlord relationships providing a high level of customer service
- Negotiating lets on properties - vetting and sourcing tenants
- Carrying out property management tasks - inspections and instructing repairs when required, liaising with the property management team
- Working with management to develop new business
- Meeting targets as set by management
- Marketing properties, carrying out viewings
- All connected admin, updating database, lease signings and written correspondence with landlords and tenants
