Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Employee Benefits for major corporate account servicing and business development in employee benefits categories.
Service delivery to clients including preparation of detailed claims analysis report, claims survey, claims usage report, claims enquiry handling and general client servicing support issues.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years working experience in employee benefits field, preferably in a broker firm.
Customer Service experience in handling hospitalization claims in Group Medical Insurance is essential.
Experience in claims services will be an advantage.
Attained Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination ( “ HKDSE ” ) including Chinese or English and Mathematics ; or
Grade E or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ( “ HKCEE ” ), including Chinese or English and Mathematics.
Degree or diploma holder. FLMI / LOMA qualified or progression is an advantage.
Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Claims Executive.
