You will be part of the Finance team and will support Crop Protection and Seeds Operations.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Tax Returns drafts (Colombia / Guatemala): tax payments, fillings, certifications, etc.
- Tax Accounting and Reporting: working papers, WHT reconciliations, etc.
- Assistance of 3rd party requirements (vendors, customers, etc.)
- Assistance on the elaboration of supporting documentation for compliance purposes.
- Actively communication with other departments
- Reconciling balance sheet ledgers to sub-ledgers or external information.

It is indispensable for this position:
- Graduate or Advanced Student (Accounting, economics, finance or accounting background)
- 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment or Big 4 related to Taxes functions.
- Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred).
- English: intermediate level
- MS Office: intermediate level
- Track record of compliance culture maintenance and enforcement.
- Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Good communication skills in relation to key finance stakeholders.
