Job description
Six phone calls. 50 minutes on hold. A trip to a depot.
These are the remarkable lengths that Sarah went to in our retail team to retrievea
customer’s returned phone.
A phone with some irreplaceable photos of the customer’s father on it.
We gave Sarah all the time and support she needed, and her
customer got her priceless photos back â€" along with an O2 experience she’ll never forget.
The customer thinks Sarah’s a hero.

she did (as well as other things like providing advice, support and great service) you’ll go a long way.

Roles and responsibilities
You’ll ! use your customer care experience and our product training to ! take every customer on a voyage of discovery.
The destination? Their perfect product or
service. Being friendly, keen, helpful and knowledgeable will help you build a rapport â€" while helping your team achieve targets.
So you must be ready to chip in
and determined to make customers happy.

- Starting salary £13, 230 pro rata plus performance bonus.
- Details about Hours of Work \ Shifts: 20 & 24 hour part time vacancy available.
