Automotive Outbound Service Booking & CSI Clerk for Volume Main Dealer required in Falkirk
An exciting and challenging new role has just been created in one of the leading dealerships in Falkirk.
This is a brand new venture and a new position as an Outbound Service Booking and CSI Clerk within a busy Volume Main Dealer. Our client is looking to take advantage of their great reputation and excellent service facilities by adding a new position entirely responsible for outgoing Service Bookings and CSI surveys.
As this is a new position for this Dealership you will be put in a great position to take charge of this role and shape the position. Initially the successful candidate will be working independently as the role is developed and grows, however, our client foresees this as being an area of huge potential with the company with an expanding team as business develops.
Candida! tes will ideally combine a career history both in the motor tr! ade as a Service Administrator or Bookings Clerk and experience in a call centre or a role that is based making outbound calls.
This position will be based purely on weekdays working Monday to Thursday 10-7pm and 9-6pm Friday.
