Advinia Healthcare, a top 15 UK care home provider, is recruiting for a House Manager to work in our beautiful Nursing and Residential home in Newcarron- Falkirk.
Newcarron Court delivers palliative care, convalescent care and Dementia nursing.
As a House Manager you will:
Be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure excellent standards of
Planning rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
Building strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
Complying to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine
