Our client is an Oilfield Services company, offering a variety of services to Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry (both upstream and downstream).They are a well-established, profitable business, w! ith a reputation for being a leader in their field.
They have seen a large amount of growth in the past few years, and are continuing to expand rapidly. They have a strong presence internationally, and even in a difficult climate have increased their foothold in the UK region.
This growth has led to the need for a Regional Director for the UK. This individual will have full P&L responsibility for the region. They will be managing and growing existing relationships, as well as looking to grow the business through the addition of services and development the brand.
It is a broad role, and covers all elements of P&L management from operational and commercial through to developing and growing the team.
The successful candidate will possess significant experience within the Oil and Gas industry. Will have previously managed a P&L, preferably able to show evidence of significant growth. They will be strong and capable leader, with the ability t! o be the focal point for growth and change within a company.
