As one of the worlds leading providers of Print Document Solutions and Services, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Manager to join there Scotland operation. Selling there latest portfolio of Multi-functional Devices, Software Solutions and Print Services, they require an individual to develop and grow Commercial / SMB sales in Scotland.

The Role:Reporting into the Regional Sales Director you will:
Manage a team of 4/5 Territory Sales Account Managers. Target new business growth in the Commercial / SMB Sector. Ensure team achieves new business KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Strive to maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal of business. Hold monthly update meetings with RSD to outline progress and business pipelines. Take charge of weekly 121 meetings with team to ensure performance levels are maintained. Attend weekly appointments with team members to ensure full portfolio of products is being offered to clients as well as Managed Services and Solutions.

The Candidate:
Current B2B Sales Management experience. Experience of selling to Small to Medium Businesses in a fast paced environment. Experience of motivating and developing a team of sales individuals. A strong understanding of Solutions selling - ability to drive business optimization and the benefits our company can have the clients business. Promotes a consultative sales approach and excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. Understanding of Profit and Revenue targets.

The Package:
