Graduate Consultant - Resourcer / Recruitment Consultants
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, internal database, internet research, postings either on linkedin and the like social media.
- Screen candidates by phone / face to face based on a defined job specification
- Build pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.
- Maintain and document candidate communication within (ATS)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on activity and results.
- Maintain job advertisements on internet sites and social media networks
- Provide project updates as requested.
- Perform administration functions of the recruitment process.
- Experience of working in Cold Calling/ telesales /B2B will be preferred
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to quickly understand the requirement and position candidates accordingly.
- Excellent organization, creative thinking and analytical skills
- High integrity, ethical, ability to act with discretion where required.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Self motivated and flexible
