Support Worker

Location: Johnstone, West of Glasgow
Hours: Full time & part time
Salary: £6.19 per hour + 196 hours annual leave, life assurance and childcare vouchers
About the service:
“We live at Beechmount, a residential service for men and women with learning disabilities. Our house is located in Johnstone 8 miles west of Glasgow, with good transport links.
We would like you to support us to take part in our favourite activities, which include swimming, going to the gym and bowling. We also enjoy cooking, going on walks, going to the cinema, attending college/day services and arts and crafts. We need your support as we have autism, epilepsy, mental health needs and behaviours which may challenge. This also means that some of us may need your help with our pe! rsonal care, medication and some of us are wheelchair users.â€!
Experience is preferred but not essential as a full induction and training will be provided. You may work alone or as part of a team.
