Our client is a well established property company in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit a Property Admin Assistant on a temporary! basis with an immediate start available!

The assignment is expected to last 3 months with potential to be longer....

This busy role will involve mainly providing admin support to a team of Property Managers - main duties will include:

• Admin work for Property Managers - assisting with mail merges, filing, updating database, marketing work
• Liaising with contractors for repairs and maintenance to property developments
• Helping with owners enquiries - phone/email/letter/face to face
• Assisting with general accounts tasks - processing & filing invoices

The ideal candidate will have proven office based experience, good communication/organisation skills, confident IT ability and an interest in property. Prior experience in property would be an advantage but not essential.
