Description: Head Resourcing Limited is in need of Change Managers - Banking/Insurance right now, this occupation will be placed in Scotland. Project Manager required by our financial services client in Edinburgh to join their Insurance and Banking programmes. The successful individuals will b! e engaged on a contract basis for 12 months and would be based in our client's Edinburgh offices.
The selected candidates will be responsible for project planning and management, stakeholder management, risks & Issues management and implementation management.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have a proven track record of delivering business change within a banking environment, ideally in-line with formal project management methodologies. Knowledge and experience of the Protection market and products within Financial Services. A good understanding of business change within an Insurance Division would be highly desirable.
Strong Change Project Management experience, including excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, budget management and team management experience is essential.
