helping set up and run an emergency support centre
providing first aid or transport assistance
signposting people to other organisations and agencies that will help
registration of people using the centre
What skills and training do I need?
You need to have good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
We will give you the training you need to provide emotional support and to support our response to major incidents. You could also receive training to develop your skills in a specialist area, including communications, first aid, team leadership and ambulance support.
