The National Trust for Scotland has a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Food & Beverage to support 21 operationally diverse and geographically dispersed F&B operations within historic attractions across Scotland. In this post you will have overall accountability for the operational delivery and development of our F&B products, while being strategically accountable for the profitable growth of food and beverage income across the Trust.
With expert knowledge of the UK food and beverage market, you will bring demonstrable experience of developing multi-site F&B businesses to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. With an excellent knowledge of supply chain, supplier negotiation and health and safety, you will have a proven ability to develop strategy and fluently translate this into operational success.
