Accountable for the support and delivery that will enable sites to complete prioritised Maintenance activity whilst ensuring the technical inte! grity and operational demands are met without exception. Ensure all key business drivers are achieved. Provide strong leadership and guidance for the team in order to deliver all priorities. Ensure all work carried out in accordance with Talisman Energy UK processes, procedures and systems.
Key Duties
Liaise with the Offshore Maintenance Team Lead and Supervisors to determine and agree priorities
Key role in daily TMAX (WORM) Meeting, work order performance, prioritisation review and YTT Review Meeting with Maintenance & Operations teams
Provide technical advice and direction to offshore teams to ensure continuous operations and integrity are maintained
Responsible for all asset Maintenance Vendor & Subcontractor management including HS&E, Human Resource Management and any contract performance issues
Accountable for ensuring all Maintenance Work Order history, quality and close out is completed accurately and in a timely! manner
Accountable for the management of all Mainten! ance POB related activity, including additional manpower requirements over and above agreed Maintenance core-crews
Ensure adequate resource scheduling and levelling with core and vendor limitations for all planned activity
Ensure Maintenance 14 Day Plan delivered as per schedule
Support the integrated planning process to maximise plant uptime and optimise resources to ensure the completion of all critical and breakdown maintenance activities
Ensure platform integrity through compliance with safety critical maintenance strategy and the effective management of breakdowns
Management of all Maintenance monthly key performance areas â€" (PM & Breakdown Compliance, Backlog, Plan Attainment)
Actively participate in all Talisman business improvement initiatives
Actively participate in all RCA / RCM, Improvement related activity and ensure consistency with our PM strategy
Develop close working relationship withi! n all sites to ensure all Engineering & Maintenance scopes are delivered to the agreed plan without compromise
Attend Morning Operations call
Ensure support for TAR related activity, Interface with TAR co-ordinator with regard to pre/post-TAR activities and also TAR specific critical activities.
Delegate for Maintenance Delivery Lead as required
Delegate for Ops Superintendant as required
Ensure continuous improvement of maintenance management system by monitoring and management of all P3 and P6 work orders requests. Follow up with TA’s and MMS to ensure improvements closed out accurately
Carry out regular offshore visits
Participate in the AFA process and provide technical and planning expertise to ensure modifications are implemented on time, closeouts completed with full history recorded and signed off, and within budget
Provide leadership and set expectations, coach and mentor all Maintenance team! with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviours. Maintain effectiv! e communication with all work colleagues at all levels
Continually review and appraise all Maintenance team performance and competence and provide feedback to Onshore Maintenance Manager
Ensure that all Maintenance individuals adhere fully to job descriptions
Education, Experience & Technical Qualifications
HNC or ideally HND qualified in an engineering discipline
Experience in maintenance and operations, planning and administration within the Oil & Gas industry
Must have a recognised supervisory qualification or be working towards achieving a qualification which includes safety leadership
Must be a good communicator at all routine organization levels
Must have relevant Oil & Gas Experience
Must be a team player but have a high degree of self motivation
Knowledge and experience in line with relevant TMAX
