My client is a modern, successful independent Opticians based in Edinburgh City Centre, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Optical Receptionist into the team. The practice is part of a sma! ll chain of independent Opticians in Scotland with a focus on offering the very best eye care services possible.
As an experienced Optical Receptionist your main duties is to manage the reception desk; booking appointments, greeting patients as well as offering advice to patients on frames and Contact Lenses. Pre-screening and adjustments will be involved although training can be provided if you don't have experience in these area's. Your main focus of this role is patient care, as you are the first and last thing the customer sees during their visit.
You must have previous Optical experience to be considered for this role, as well as being well presented, customers focused and enthusiastic.
The role is to work 5 days a week including Saturdays and the odd Sunday with working hours being from 9am to 6pm (5.30pm on a Sat)
The salary on offer will be between £12,000 to £13,000 plus bonus.
