My client is currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Pastry Chef de Partie to join this award winning brigade, creating exciting desserts, pastries, petit fours, and breads, fo! r this amazing high profile property.
The Job:
As Pastry Chef de Partie in this award winning operation, you will assist the Pastry Chef to manage the large brigade. You will build a strong working relationship in the kitchen, cook to a high level, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
In addition, you will have regular input into new menus, help develop junior chefs, and maintain the exceptionally high reputation this kitchen holds.
The Person:
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be have experience creating great seasonal menu’s. You should have the highest of standards and expectations and you will need to be a passionate and creative. To succeed in this role you will need to have held a Pastry Chef de Partie role or higher in a similar high standard fresh food quality environment.
