FPSG are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading company in Glasgow.
- Processing transac! tions through all the financial ledgers
- Completing and processing staff travel and subsistence claims, including payment of claims to strict deadlines and keeping spreadsheet records of all claims for tax purposes
- Cash Book processing and daily to monthly bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Responsible for banking and allocating all Head Office receipts
- Responsible for processing of all purchase ledger and incoming invoices
- Sales Ledger resposibilities
- Providing admin support to the Financial Accountant
