Raeburn Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Finance Assistant on a permanent basis for their Global Financial services client based in the heart of Aberdeen.
The ideal candidate will have previous finance experience within an Accounts Payable team, be a team player and posses excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Processing of purchase invoices on a daily, weekly and monthly basis ensuring they are coded to correct cost classifications
Assist with weekly international payment runs and weekly cheque run in respect of invoices which have become due for payment
Administration of the expense management system, including production of monthly reports
Assist with completion of bank reconciliations and undertake general accounting duties as required
