Key Duties
Providing Service-desk support
Incoming Calls
Trouble shooting
Fault Resolution
Reporting of fault progression through to resolution to stakeholders satisfaction
Set up of new accounts
Support of remote users
Documentation
Patching of pc, telephone and network points
Knowlege of the following tools and technologies would be useful
Dell
Dell Latitude Laptops
MS Office 2003 and 2010 applications
Windows XP and Windows 7 OS
SCCM 2012 Administration !
Citrix Access Gateway Administration
BigHand Digital D! ictation system
Track-IT Helpdesk application
Dameware remote control software
Interwoven Worksite document management software
VMware Virtual Server environment
SQL Language
Blackberry and IOS mobile devices
