Specific Duties Include:
Providing support and encouragement to Service Users in all areas/activities of daily living.
Working within a weekly rota including various shifts and sleep over duties.
Maintaining the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of Service Users.
Contributing to the assessment of Service Users’ needs and the development of individual plans of care and support, i! n consultation with service users, their families and the Care! Team.
Conducting Risk Assessments.
Supporting with Budget planning and recording
Working with the care and support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals.
The successful candidate must hold or work toward achieving SVQ level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be required to apply for a disclosure at the Enhanced level from Disclosure Scotland. Further information can be obtained from www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
