We are currently looking to hire Customer Service Executives within SCCB Multi Channel Servicing. Your primary focus in this role would be to provide expert end to end servicing to the Commercial & Corporate customer base and to internal customers within Santander Commercial & Corporate Bank.
As a Customer Service Executive your skills and qualifications will include:
Strong & effective communication and influencing skills
Skilled in delivering a market leading level of ! service
Able to identify root cause & take full owner! ship for customers requests until resolution
Accurate and timely delivery of appropriate and customer focused solutions
Perfectly skilled in data and information accuracy
Oral and written communication skills of the highest standard with appropriate application of spelling, punctuation and grammar
As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will involve:
Provide expert end to end servicing
Providing customers with a differentiated and market leading service
Conversing with customers, both external & internal over the telephone, email and secure message service
Accurately logging your customer requests to enable improvements in the service provision
Confidently putting things right for customers first time

Salary:
! £15,00 to £18,000 Dependant on experience + Performance Bonus scheme
Opening Hours
Monday â€" Friday 08:00 â€" 18:00 and Saturday 08:00 â€" 14:00
Contract will be fully flexible contract 7-11pm Mon-Sun with a 35 hr working week
