Located in the Victorian bricked basements of Central Station, Alston Bar and Beef will be a unique bar and 80 cover restaurant, specialising and gin and steaks. Due to open in April 2014, we are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager
Ambience and service will be key to creating the stylish and contemporary restaurant and bar, where the role Assistant Manager is very much the! ‘hands on’.
As the ideal candidate you will have had ! at least one previous position as an Assistant Restaurant and Bars Manager, ideally in an independent rather than branded business. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for food and drink, including cocktail experience, stock control, rota planning and, of course, staff development.
