Nutmeg require 1 x 8 hour colleagues for Nutmeg Clothing in Morrisons Stirling.
Job Title: Clothing Merchandiser
Responsible To: Supervisor
Rate of pay: £6.33
Job Objective: Develop and maintain the required skill level to provide excellent customer service, through contact with customers and build a friendly environment in which customers are happy to shop with Nutmeg. The role involves a full operational service of running a clean, tidy and full department, to include daily communication and team w! ork.
Your main tasks: To provide excellent customer serv! ice and maintain a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner at all times to support the Morrison’s Hot Service Programme.
Present and display all Nutmeg products correctly making full use of all equipment, point of sale materials, POS briefs and Head Office communication to maximize sales.
Ensure that the department is tidy and presentable and conforms to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety at all times.
Maintain at all times the Nutmeg Clothing Department to ensure that it is tidy and presentable to the highest standards of merchandising in line with Visual Merchandising guides.
Become familiar with Nutmeg products/Best Sellers to ensure that the correct product information is given to the customer.
Ensure all stock is correctly coded, priced with the correct point of sale etc.
Carry out all procedures to a high standard including, option checking, filling, deliveries, soiled and damaged stock proced! ure and the New Life process.
Ensure all Morrison’s security procedures are adhered to at all times and respond actively to any breach in line with company procedure.
Ensure all feedback of relevant information is passed on to the Department Supervisor/Nutmeg Area Coach, including lost sales, customer requests/customer feedback and Senior Managers Store Visits.
Gain a level of competency in all aspects of the job and “buddy up†with other sales colleagues to participate in in â€"store/cluster Buddy System.
Take responsibility with communicating, at shift changes to one and other via handovers/action plans and daily communication to support other colleagues in carrying out their daily tasks.
Continually develop within the role by studying relevant training materials, store information, policies, procedures and conference call notes etc.
Deputise for the Nutmeg Supervisor in their absence on the Nutmeg Clothing Department.
Carry! out all other reasonable requests and tasks as directed by the Nutmeg ! Supervisor, Team Leader and
