Work Preparator
on a permanent basis,
located on our
Shell ISC Shearwater
contract offshore.
Detailed Description
Basic Functions
Principal Responsibilities
·
The creation of all 72FC Work orders, ensuring correct impact and WBS codes are allocated.
·
The daily selection of both PM & CM work orders for preparation following E&M prioritisation of work philosophy.
·
Daily work order preparation.
·
Determining planned costs & updating estimate cost colu! mns.
·
Maintaining work order USER status f! ields to reflect real time work preparation status.
·
The daily creation of 72RE sub work orders for repairable items.
·
Running daily ready for execution checks & setting relevant work orders to EXEC status.
·
Daily management of the Z6 notification life cycle process.
·
Compiling a work preparation end of trip written handover and completing verbal handover with BTB prior to ending shift.
·
Liaising with the store man on material control issues.
·
Ownership of materials staging.
·
Provide ongoing work preparation training to platform operations and maintenance technicians.
·
Attends daily SAP notification review and prioritisation meetings.
·
Creation of
BOMs and standard task lists.
·
Assisting the PMO team as and when required.
·
Carry out emergency respon! se duties where necessary.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience in line with relevant SAP user profile
Must have a recognised supervisory qualification or be working towards achieving a qualification which includes safety leadership
Must be a good communicator at all routine organization levels
Must have Oil & Gas Experience
Must be a team player but have a high degree of self motivation.
Must be a good communicator
Conform to the agreed values and behaviours of Shell CNNS
