The Job.
- To work at outside events such as private dinners, weddings & parties
- To offer excellent, efficient, customer service that is friendly and inviting.
- Supporting the wedding and events coordinator to make sure the event runs smoothly
- You will need a proactive approach, willingness to learn and have excellent work ethic
When will I work?
The role of event staff is part time, 8 to 45 hours per week with each week being a different event, so routine can vary meaning being flexible is a must.
We will sometimes have to increase, or decrease these hours due to different volumes of bookings for the events on site or outside bookings
what skills do I need?
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public face to face
- Fast thinking and the ability to react to changes in customer volume throughout the day
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Desire to 'go the extra mile' in serving the customer with an approachable and friendly manner
Salary: Up to £10.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-35 per week
Salary: £6.50-£11.00 per hour
