- To provide comprehensive support for the execution of transactions originated by Structured Finance
- Working alongside a deal leader, prepare Sightings, Capital Commitments and Credit papers and all associated activities, including the production of high quality financial analysis and cash flow modelling
- Contribute to the effective project management of deal processes, interfacing effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Structuring and execution of financial sponsor backed and complex corporate debt transactions
Qualifications
Professional qualification that includes corporate finance and accounting
Technical Competence
A sound understanding of credit risk and debt structuring and an ability to identify appropriate transaction structures on a deal-by-deal basis
A strong understanding of financial statements, an ability to analyse often complex financial information and strong financial modelling skills
People Management
Strive for personal development using PDPs and transaction experience to enhance both technical and soft skill base Participate in developing a strong and enjoyable working environment promoting teamwork across Structured Finance and the wider CIB Gain the respect of fellow team members through the consistent application of strong deal execution skills and the confidence and capability to interact effectively both internally and externally
