Reporting to t! he Associate Director, we're offering candidates with
end-to-end recruitment experience an exciting opportunity to join
our successful Edinburgh office, to grow their own role and
portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients in order to understand their recruitment
needs and specify their role requirements
Provide suitable candidates for client review and
interview
Liaise with candidates over suitable job vacancies
Arrange interviews by liaison between client and candidate
To manage the whole recruitment life cycle from job
specification to job offer, using your negotiation skills along the
way
Lead generation
Deliver projects to quality and time
What you will need:
Background in recruitment, preferably IT/business change within
permanent markets
Recruitment solutions sales experience
Experience in ! end-to-end recruitment processes
PC & Windows literate
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Strong telephone communication skills
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels (internal
and external)
Ability to analyse and interpret information
Excellent relationship building capabilities
You will have a credible and professional approach
