Clarence Court is a purpose built nursing home situated in Gl! asgow's West End. It was built in 1990, arranged on three floors with three spacious lounges and three dedicated dining rooms. We also have a garden and patio area for residents to enjoy. The Home is situated on a main bus route with Partick and Hyndland train station 5 minutes walk away. We have 40 rooms with en-suite shower/ baths, 19 single and 21 Premier rooms.
Clarence Court has strong links within the local community, charities and churches. We are set in private grounds in a residential area of Hyndland, close to a choice of small shopping centres, pubs, churches, leisure facilities and within driving distance to theatres. So as a Senior Nursing Care Assistant â€" Bank what do you need to do to make this happen?
Ensure the delivery of quality of care by continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes Develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs Communicate professionally and warmly! with visitors and family, and other health care professionals! Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with regulatory and company requirements, ensuring medicines are appropriately stored and administered. Promote high standards of care by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and shifts run in a smooth and efficient manner Promote the Home in a professional manner, by becoming actively involved in raising awareness of the Home within the local community Undertake simple dressing changes, ensuring residents receive timely prescribed wound dressings changes
