After analysing their current business strategy, this client has decided to create the position of Hygiene ! Manager to operate at a key manufacturing facility in Fife.
Successful candidates will be to lead the Hygiene team ensuring completion of all scheduled tasks to the required standards and in accordance with Standard operating procedures. You will also be required to monitor, conduct, support and assist with the development of all aspects of the hygiene process to ensure key performance indicators are met. Successful candidates will continuously improve the performance and development of the hygiene department through new initiatives and development projects, whilst holding full budgetary control of all chemicals and consumables used to perform the hygiene tasks. You will also be required to support all aspects of Health & safety ensuring Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
The selected candidate will be proven a hygiene professional, who will have a strong appreciation and understanding of operating in this role within an FMCG business. You will have ! an excellent awareness and of cleaning quality issues which co! uld affect the quality of our products as well as a strong understanding of all hygiene activities and machinery with ability to diagnose faults and rectify identifiable faults as instructed. Candidates will also have the awareness and ability to complete & assess all hygiene records, follow standard operating procedures and understand verbal & written instruction. Finally you will be credible with an ability to communicate at a senior level whilst adopting an attitude continuous improvement with an awareness of how business decisions impact on business costs.
