You will be working closely with the Major Incident Manager assisting in the identification of Major Incidents and progress then through to completion, producing reports and providing support and assistance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
The successful candidate will need to have worked in a Major Incident Management team and a proven track record of working within a service delivery environment. As you will be working closely with clients you will need to have excellent client facing and communication skills both written and verbal.
