Change Public Practice are working closely with a leading Accountancy Practice firm in the recruitment of an experienced Tax Assistant to join their office in Dundee. The main focus of this role! will be to manage your own portfolio of clients where you will be responsible for a range of Tax duties including both Peraonal & Corporation Tax. The ideal individual for this role will have gained a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Tax specific role (in Practice) and will either be studying or keen to progress with your ATT or CTA qualifications. Responsibilities: - Manage your own client portfolio and deal with client queries efficiently- Prepare Tax returns, P11D's and Tax reports for management- Tax planning, advisory & compliance duties- Liaise regu7larly with HMRC & ensure information is submitted timely & accurately- Maintain and adhere to all Tax legislation and compliance Skills and experience required: - At least 1-2 years experience gained within a similar role, in Practice, is vital- ATT/CTA studying or Qualified is preferred- Good knowledge of IXRBL is advantageous- Strong knowledge of UK Tax legislation- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadli! nes If you meet the criteria above and are keen to be consider! ed for this role, please apply with a copy of your most recent CV.
