Salary - £45000 - 55000 + car (or allowance) + bonus + pension (5 / 15%) + private health c! are
Skills / Experience Required:
- Business Development Manager required with construction industry experience.
- Able to build strategic partnerships with main contractors and national companies.
- Proven experience in construction, civil engineering or construction engineering is essential.
- Engineering qualifications not essential.
Selling technical services, capability and solutions.
Working closely with the internal sales team and external customers.
Identify opportunities for business development.
Produce strategic account plans that will maximise revenue.
The role will align the overall sales strategy for the region enabling multi level selling from boardroom to site level.
Pro-actively develop business
Acquire new large value customers
Project monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Monitor pricing and Identify new market sectors and opportunities
Pr! ovide accurate forecasts for Operations / Management team to e! nable adequate resource and stock planning
Provide feedback from the market on all issues affecting products and Business
Prepare reports and give presentations to colleagues and customers.
