To provide support and training to people with disabilities, by identifying key strengths,
carrying out work preparation and building their confidence to allow progression into further
To provide linkage to other Shaw Trust Employment services.
Permanent post, 36.5 hours per week Mon-Fri

Experience
Experience in working with people with learning disabilities on both a one to one and group basis. (D)

Ability to work effectively with referral agencies, panel and other providers. (E)
Ability to problem solve and respond appropriately to a variety of situations. (E)
A flexible approach and ability to cope with the varying demands of the role. (E)
Self-motivated and good organisational abilities. (E)
