Technical competency (qualifications and training)

Experience

Experience in working with people with learning disabilities on both a one to one and group basis. (D)

Skills and Attributes

Ability to work effectively with referral agencies, panel and other providers. (E)

Ability to problem solve and respond appropriately to a variety of situations. (E)

A flexible approach and ability to cope with the varying demands of the role. (E)

Self-motivated and good organisational abilities. (E)
