To provide support and training to people with disabilities, by identifying key strengths,
carrying out work preparation and building their confidence to allow progre! ssion into further
training, work experience/tasters, voluntary work and/or employment.
To provide linkage to other Shaw Trust Employment services.
Permanent post, 36.5 hours per week Mon-Fri

Experience
Experience in working with people with learning disabilities on both a one to one and group basis. (D)
