Job Role
- dealing with Customer/Client queries over the phone and via email
- advising Customers of the most appropriate options and solutions
- ensuring that all contacts and Customer information is logged properly on the system
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and another language
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
