Salary: Negotiable but very competitive

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified with a Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a software test or QA management role.
• Proven experience of systems testing with project management responsibility.
• Experience of testing multi-tier applications within an Agile environment.
• Team management responsibility for 5! -10 people.

The Role:

• Indentify! ing and implementing test plans and cases whilst working closely with various technical managers within the business.
• Managing a team of software testers to ensure delivery of test requirements.
• Develop and review internal processes and procedures relating to quality and testing of software.
• Management of test risk and effectiveness.
• Working across a number of varied innovative projects.
